STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Definitions

1.1. “Halal Interface Travel Agency” refers to the seller.

1.2. “Customer” refers to the individual or entity purchasing tickets and/or visa services.

1.3. “Services” refers to airline ticket sales, work visa processing services, and related travel services.

2. Acceptance

2.1. These Terms and Conditions govern any sale and form part of all contracts between Halal Interface Travel Agency and the Customer.

2.2. Placement of an order or payment by the Customer constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

3. Quotation & Pricing

3.1. Prices quoted are valid for the period stated and subject to availability at time of booking.

3.2. All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless otherwise specified.

3.3. Quoted prices may change due to airline fare adjustments, currency fluctuations, visa fee changes, or government regulatory changes before ticket issuance.

4. Payment

4.1. Full payment is required before service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.2. Halal Interface Travel Agency accepts payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed methods.

4.3. Payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.

5. Air Ticket Services

5.1. Tickets are subject to the airline’s fare rules, cancellation policies, and change fees.

5.2. Halal Interface Travel Agency is not liable for airline schedule changes, delays, cancellations, or lost baggage.

5.3. Once issued, tickets are final unless refundable under airline policy.

6. Work Visa & Immigration Services

6.1. Visa approvals are at the discretion of the relevant government authority.

6.2. Halal Interface Travel Agency will assist with documentation, submission, and tracking, but does not guarantee visa approval.

6.3. The Customer is responsible for providing accurate documents and information.

7. Delivery

7.1. Electronic tickets, visas, and documents will be delivered via email or the agreed communication channel.

7.2. Halal Interface Travel Agency is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or outdated Customer contact details.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

8.1. Cancellations must be requested in writing.

8.2. Refunds, if permitted, will be processed according to airline/visa authority rules.

8.3. Service fees, processing fees, and non-refundable charges will not be returned.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. Halal Interface Travel Agency’s liability is limited to fees collected from the Customer for the specific service provided.

9.2. The Company is not liable for consequential damages, loss of profits, or indirect losses.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

10.2. Any dispute shall be resolved by the competent Saudi courts.

11. Data & Privacy

11.1. Halal Interface Travel Agency collects and processes Customer data to fulfill service delivery.

11.2. Data is handled according to applicable Saudi data protection laws.

12. Entire Agreement

12.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Halal Interface Travel Agency and the Customer.
